Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies results. We do not retain a separate copy of those searches on our servers. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting service records routine server-log details, such as an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate data helps maintain the site and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How the Data Is Used
Those limited details help us operate the site, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual users.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to government portals, Spokane County and Washington records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each destination applies its own privacy policy to information entered there. Sponsored search results are also supplied by an outside company and operate under that provider's rules.
Who May Receive Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may also disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Because there are no user accounts, the site holds no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to access, correct, or delete personal data may depend on where you live. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, applies to covered consumer health data, while the Washington Public Records Act, chapter 42.56 RCW, governs records held by public agencies. Because we retain little visitor data, we can search our contact mailbox and server logs for a request made through the Contact page. Records held by Spokane Valley, Spokane County, or Washington agencies remain under the relevant custodian's control.
Policy Updates
Any revised policy will be posted here. Continued use after a revision signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
